After the mess of the Washington Monument last year, Midtown Decathlon team is hoping for a nice, normal competition. Knowing Parker luck, nothing would go to plan.

They don't even make it to the competition, before the whole team is captured. Peter is convinced it's because of Spider-Man, but apparently these criminals want the group for an entirely different reason...

In this story, May died an unexpected death, so Mr Stark adopted Peter, and is living in the tower. This is based after Far From Home, but can we all please pretend that Endgame didn't end with all the death. I'm still traumatised from that movie!

I'm trying to take this slow, and probably make around 40 - 60 chapters. Enjoy!

During high school, Peter lost his Uncle Ben to a junky crook who shot him in the heart and took all of his money; a year after that, his Aunt Mae passed away with a stroke. Peter was then placed into Child Protective Services but refused to attend school and instead patrols his home town as Spider Man and sleeps on rooftops without every removing his suit. Then a man with a job to collect the bounty on his head crashed into his life. How unlucky could this poor be?
