The plot line mainly goes to Stan Lee and Anthony and Joe Russo, the directors of Captain America: Civil War, during which this story takes place. All other existing characters and backstories are credit to Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and many others. ---- This story takes place right after Age of Ultron, which was in 2015.
