MY HIDDEN THERAPY
Hey everyone! I'm excited to share that I'm working on a love story. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and this story allows me to create a world born from my imagination. The characters are entirely fictional: while I've envisioned the male lead distinctly, the female lead shares some similarities with me. This story revolves around a sweet high school romance between two top students. The male lead is an egoistic character who unexpectedly falls for a girl who often battles self-doubt and has a quick temper. I'm eager to explore how these two meet and develop a beautiful relationship filled with love and friendship, ultimately becoming each other's unrecognized source of support. I hope to bring my imagination to life through this narrative and that you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it!
Falling Fast
There are a few things that can make you feel as if you are living in an American high school drama - teachers complaining about the height of your skirt, your twin brother being the most popular and most sought-after boy at school, hurtful rumours that make you want to curl up and cry, punching the guy who cheated on your best friend, and falling for totally hot, totally sexy night-class professor because he's simply drool worthy and those rolled 'R's are the sexiest thing on the planet. Factor in crazy parties, Halloween costumes, fending off not-so-drunken make-out sessions, the school bad-boy, late-night snacks from McDonald's, revenge and a smart-ass dad, and the stage is set for my somewhat tragic social life. Senior high school was probably one of the best moments in life, at least for certain folks. We learn the meaning of life from those periods. It only happens 3 years for the majority of people. But the moments still linger on our mind. Example? Here it goes... "They say teenage romance is awkward-but nobody said it would come with strawberry perfume, secret siblings, and a weeb girl who could read minds..." "'Are you seriously making out with your twin?!' I screamed. Dani stood frozen. Daisy ran. And somehow... this all started with candied flowers." "An absolute affection coming from absurd person? Shining Glasses included... such an irony". And many more absurdity follows... Putra, a normal student that has been dragged everywhere...
