until her 15th birthday, when her dad gives her a framed photo of her father and a mermaid(?) holding her as a baby in the hospital, and tells her that the mermaid was her mother. and that she comes from a long line of merfolk. with this new found information, will Lacy continue her normal life, or will it all change because of this?
