I didn't ask for it. And I didn't want it.
But it's a story I'll soon realize is lived by many, many others. So if you're reading this and you start feeling that burning tug deep down in your gut again, say nothing. Don't be the crazy guy on the bus. Okay?
There's still time to shut the book and pretend like nothing happened. Being oblivious- believing the lies- is a whole lot better than the truth. The truth will get you killed.

I'd Like to think I was a good person, before it all began. I didn't cheat on tests, or steal. But throughout my entire life, I was treated if I were a monster. At the age of five, after several agonizing tests, I was diagnosed with Reactive Attachment Disorder. But not even that title could describe just how strange I was.
