Everything Happens For a Reason

Briella's had the picture perfect family. Her mom and her dad were both happy together, and she was the apple of their eye. That is until her dad died at the hand of an evil mobster named Kalvin Brent that wanted Briella's mom for his own. Briella's mom gets abused by him and blames all her pain on Briella until One day Briella can't take it anymore and chooses to end her life. . . but it doesn't work. Since her mom doesn't know, nor does she care about what her daughter did, Briella spreads a rumor that she's dead and runs away with the boy who saved her life, Christopher Appallo. She starts her life over and while beginning a new life, she descovers more about herself and more about her fathers supposed death.
