Bree is a woman that was molested when she was a child. Bree is trying to get through college to graduate with a degree in psychology so she can help others get closure for their abuse. Bree is naturally beautiful but she doesn't know it. Since Bree was sexually abused, she doesn't think about having sex or being with any man...until, a young vocalist of the band Layne's Calling comes to town at a venue where she bartends. Joey, the vocalist, has his own set of demons. Joey is intrigued by this woman and they both become friends.
Bree is drugged, beaten and almost raped right before she meets him. Joey is a broken man, a veteran, married and has anger problems stemming from PTSD and TBI. They are both a mess. Can they fix each other if they can't fix themselves?-Inspired by some true events and a new upcoming band.
