Peter Parker has lost almost everything in his life he ever held close to himself. Having lost his parents at a young age, he had come to see his aunt and uncle as nothing less than parents, but when tragedy strikes again and his uncle is brutally murdered, what will happen to Peter? 


Will the Parker luck™ take a break and for once allow Peter to cope with the pain or does it have something else in store for Pete? Of course it does. Tragedy strikes the Parker household once again, leaving behind a broken boy. Alone in the city of New York, how will he live? Would he survive or would he give up? Would he be able to handle the responsibility of being spiderman anymore? He didn't know. 


But when Parker luck™ decides to work in a good way for once, will Peter find peace finally? A wrong number gave him a hope for a new family..but could he have one?

In return, the school gets a better reputation by having a highly intelligent student joining it's classes. In NYC, she lives alone in an apartment as she can take care of herself. Also, she is very skilled in any kind of science. Physically, she can do much as well. After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one.
