Thomas Wayne Jr took his father's place as batman when he retired since the Jokers death three years ago and since things have been quiet in Gotham they decided to move to Washington D.C to not only live there but to help mutants get better lives but then after a turn of events they were caught in a war between the sentinel services and mutant underground but that's just the beginning are the Bat family ready for this threat?
