Petronilla has just about had it with Uppers! She accidentally blurts out one morning and gets stuck outside the walls on her own. She finds friends and her own way of surviving. She always knew the government had messed things up, but not as bad as it really did. Her new friends were uneducated, uncivilized, and running around in the forest. She keeps hoping that tomorrow will be better and they can clean up the mess the government made.
