This story is about how 2 people get close to each other with tons of plot twist! Expresso and Madeline cookie are too opposites personality, Which makes it hard for them. They meet at a bar at a late night shift, a cold cold snowy night. They had a bad start but will this relationship have a good ending? Madeleine is being compare to somebody who is know by "Him" who is he and why are they being compare? The evil cookies of the dark and them are still at war, which leaves Madeline cookie focused on other stuff, will this lead of to a good start? who knows

Elliot is, and has always been, stuck in his home town. Sure, it's a fairly large city. Sure, all his family and friends are there. Sure, he has a job he absolutely adores. But he still isn't happy. No matter how much he loves working in Auntie Mae's Tea shop, baking cakes day in and day out, he can't find it in himself to be happy. He knows exactly what's wrong; he has a dream. His dream is to one day move to Paris and open his own bakery. Baking is his passion, and he wants to devote his life to it. The only problem is that he can't seem to get away from his current life to start a new one. He once told himself his studies were holding him back. When he was done with those, he used the excuse of renovating the entire Tea Shop. Then, when he finally couldn't find any more excuses, he gave up. He knew he was waiting for something to happen. Lonely. That's what Madeleine's been ever since the mage left. Sure, he has other people. He has his fans, he has Latte, he has the Divine who so graciously granted him that pair of feathered wings upon his back. But it's just not the same, not anymore. Not without Espresso. So when he finally gets the chance to meet the man he once loved yet again, he won't pass up the chance to protect him. He won't let him go again, even if it means fighting until his very last breath. --- This story is an AU where everyone's "human", just with food names. There are actually quite a few nonhumans/monsters, both turned and born. Madeleine is a turned creature, given wings and feathers by the Divine. There are many other such creatures, including Espresso. If that makes you uncomfortable in any way, you've been warned. You don't have to read this, you know. Also there's gay (of course) and they're both transgender because I said so and I wanted to make Madeleine suffer period cramps. Don't be homophobic. I probably won't be adding smut to this one (though if I make a book 2 there might be), so don't get your hopes up. --- This cover was done by me in watercolor! I'm not bothering to add words to it. Average word count per chapter is 2-3k words. I'm trying my best with grammar and spacing, so I think it's clear what's going on. My first serious fic, yippee!
Darkness into Light - Espresseleine
An AU where Espresso was raised with the Cookies Of Darkness. Since he was merely a child, Espresso's one and only desire was to prove his worth to Dark Enchantress, his mother. He and his siblings were taught to despise the Vanilla Kingdom and its inhabitants, sparking an endless war between the light and the dark. Madeleine is a paladin of the Divines, the Vanilla Kingdom's knight commander and savior, and almost immediately he is intrigued by the coffee mage on the opposing side. He is convinced that good exists in Espresso's heart, along with the hopes that he'll join them.
