Don't be fooled! Corporations, top 100 employers, are only as good as their leaders and when corporations put policies, procedures, codes of ethics and codes of conduct in place to stop bias and abuse, then ignore instances where they occur...well, doesn't that just open the gates for the narcissists and narcissitic abuse? Ummm, yep.
