Created at the age of 13, Buggy, a pan/non/polyWarner toon with social anxiety, had always stayed inside the water tower while the siblings were at school. Mostly because they didn't want to go to school with the rest of their siblings. However, when Yakko told them that they'd go to school against their will, they hid in the school bathroom the second they got there, crying. That was when they met Liza, who was surprisingly nice to them. The two shortly became friends (much to Yakko's dismay, he doesn't take too kindly to Liza, nor does she take too kindly to him). This story is gonna be from most of the OCs and Warner's perspectives, but Im trying to make it more about Liza and Buggy.
