Deep in the recesses of space a new dawn is coming for humanity and splices, reconstruction. Orion Belt Industries, a powerful company with control over most assets and resources will be the torchbearer for this new age. Two OBI subjects, a construction worker, and a security officer are all driven together and must navigate a labyrinth of lies that is coming out of the woodwork. 

A story that has developed over a few years that I have only just decided to put somewhere others could read. It's not amazing by any means but it has brought me and some friends some joy and maybe it'll bring others some too. We've only just decided to write down a cohesive story so there will probably be mistakes we missed. If you find them point them out!All Rights Reserved

Neither intends for the arrangement to be permanent or to fall for the other. Only when Mandy learns Akkadi’s secret and walks away does he realize he’ll do whatever it takes to keep her – even if it means losing his war.

I wasn't special, I wasn't a marine or a scientist sent here from earth to study Pandora, I was a behaviorist-some say behaviorists are scientists too; but the brain isn't made up of mathematics and hope, it's like the roots of trees. Forever speaking but unheard. I study people's brains and their behavior. I don't look at it with hope and faith. I'm nothing special, not really. When I was accepted to help with Project Pandora, I was exhilarated. This was my big break, something to get me out there. I never expected for it to spiral into my life unprofessionally-become personal, emotional. The humans who landed on the little planet had nearly lost all hope until they stumbled upon unknown ancient ruins beneath the planet's surface where they discovered untold amounts of bizarre advanced technology. Earth and humanity were saved, and the little planet to thank for their salvation was named Umbra. Alice is a xenoarchaeologist, her passion in life has always been the study of ancient cultures, and now she has the opportunity to study the most ancient one of them all.
