  Arnie is a physics student. When he discovers once again that one of his socks has gone missing, he decides to apply his knowledge to tracking down where the lost socks end up. He soon finds himself in Sockland, a world completely apart from anything he has known. In Sockland he comes across many strange creatures and wonderful lands and even finds himself helping...

They are the friends of children all over the world, and it's they who tidy your rooms at night, making sure everything is as it should be while you sleep, and most importantly, that you have nice dreams. A Blanketsnatcher stands about as tall as a twelve-year-old child, but with arms and legs so long they look like squiggly spaghetti. Their hair only comes in the brightest colours, is completely impossible to keep tidy, and always matches their clever shining eyes. The last thing you really need to know about a Blanketsnatcher before we move on to the story, is their incredibly special stripy jumpers. A Blanketsnatcher is not like us with different outfits for different days, but instead has a single stripy jumper that they will wear all their lives. As each year passes on their birthday all their friends and family will add another stripe, so as the Blanketsnatcher grows older their jumper grows longer and longer. In fact, some of the older Blanketsnatchers have jumpers so long they need sewing up at the bottom and they no longer walk but are carried by magical winged butterfly clips. If you know either 1 or neither of these stories this will probably not make any sense to you though you might still enjoy it. For these stories I am not including 19 years later or by extention the curse child. I also tweaked some of the lord of the rings universe to suite the story. I don't have the time to list all of them but you should probably know the significant ones: Frodo was now 13 at the beginning of the events of the lord of the rings rather than 50 and he went to the undying lands when he was 14. Hobbits can now be of magical blood. Half-Blood, Pure-Blood, Muggle-Born and Squib. Sam, Merry, Pippin and Rosie are now all the same age as Frodo. Middle Earth is east of America and South West of UK. All people's of Middle Earth of magic born are sent to Hogwarts as geograficaly it is closest. Hobbits are slightly taller than they were before as otherwise it would be a little odd. And some other things I changed from Harry Potter are: Their is a wizarding university now. Harry and Frodo's parents were friends as they also went to hogwarts. Voldemort and Bellatrix were never a thing so no Delphini. Godric Gryffindor and Rowena Ravenclaw were a thing when they were alive. (significant later in the story) I also invented new characters for this story. I really hope you enjoy and I didn't bore you with this I just thought you ought to know.

This is an original story of my own creation with my own original characters. Before I started publishing my story on Wattpad I've had several people read it and they've told me it was good and they enjoyed reading it and I hope you all enjoy it as well. I've always been told I have a very active and creative imagination and I should use that i it a like and follow for more chapters to come. Please feel free to point out any grammatical errors you find that I may have missed as I'm constantly editing the story to make it better. *If any names in my story are that of real world people it's completely coincidental, I use a random name generator, which creates countless names, to help with the naming of some of my characters.
