Ariya has lived in the town Frankfort since she was a little girl, she was from Massachusetts. Her family had moved up here after her great grandmother was hanged. Ariya never knew that but she soon will, after she meets the very steamy James and his vampire family. James wants her to reverse the curse because her great grandmother was one of the Salem witches on the trial, her mother does not have the power to she is lower titled witch but Ariya will soon be known as one of the most powerful witches to ever take on this earth. James may want her to reverse the curse, but the family has other things in mind.

The Bird People
In 1600s Virginia, a small colonial village sprang up unceremoniously on the sacred burial grounds of the Native American people it was taken from, the Nottoway. Now, an ancient evil has been awakened in the form of Elementals known as The Bird People and it is suspected that the Nottoway Tribe has cursed the ground in revenge for being encroached upon by colonial settlers. After failed crops, still births, deaths, burnt homes and facing starvation, superstitions run rampant and the townspeople do the only thing they can think of in the late 1600s to appease these angry and destructive spirits. However, what Winifred didn't know was that a witch had already given Evangeline a charm that would protect her from any spell cast by the Sanderson sisters. All except one spell. The spell of immortality. Only a black flamed candle lit by a virgin would be able to undo the curse put upon her, and also allow her to enter the Sanderson cottage again after being banished by Winifred. After the incident with the Sanderson sisters, Evangeline went traveling. She could never bring herself to be away from Salem for too long. So, she returned to Salem after many years, trying to live a normal life (despite being immortal) without the residents of Salem finding out who she really is...at least not until the day a virgin lights the Black Flame Candle. The day when Max Dennison saves Evangeline, but also unintentionally brings the Sanderson sisters back to life. But for the new kid in town Max Dennison who doesn't seem to believe in any of their lore decides that they should go and check out the museum claiming he'd become a believer, yet in all his non belief, he ends up lighting the black flame candle and resurrecting the Sanderson sisters.
