500 years ago Europe was destroyed in a nuclear war. The land was dead and to ensure the survival of mankind the remaining humans were forced to live the rest of their lives underground in bunkers, nerver to see the outside world again.

Now half a millennium later the descendants of former radiation victims developed unbelievable powers putting them at the top of the food chain and changing everything humanity believed to know about mankind itself.

While the world above them had turned more and more into a fire dessert, fife colonies emerged from the ashes creating a new society.
