Grabbing onto the light wooden box, I push the wind hashira away before he could hurt Nezuko with his katana. This seemed to anger him more, considering he quite literally growled.
"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING YOU FILTHY DEMON?!" He roared out of rage.
"I'm protecting an innocent child from a man who's blinded by his lingering hatred." I replied in a calm manner, taking a defensive position and tilting my head to the side.
"MAMA-" A thud and a groan interrupted his sentence. I turned to see my son. My wonderful son.
"It's okay, son. Stay there." I smiled sadly at him.
Everyone else's position seemed to have faltered at my statement. For they have realized that this demon hasn't made a move to hurt anyone since they got here.
