Before the Sun Goes Down

Alice West is walking home to her apartment after work one day when something is off. Her door is was busted open. In a panic she begins to dial the police as she walks around seeing nothing out of place except for the fact that there are blood droplets leading to her bed room. She slowly follows and once she enters her room she drops her phone. Jacob, her friend since she moved to New York, sits in a ball in the edge of the room, blood surrounding him.
