In the year 2042, Climate Change has left 1,2 billion people without a home. They are called 'No-Pats.' They have lost everything and have nothing in common except one goal: Survival. In their hour of crisis, the USA and Russia try to recruit them into their ranks, as the Superpowers fight each other for control over what little resources the world has left. Desperate for a chance of finding a new home, many join them. 

One of the No-Pats Commander, Irish Graves, puts together a Task Force of different Ex-soldiers from No-Pats across the globe. Their mission: Prevent World War 3.
