Lucia is a last name of an assassin clan in somewhere called Theore Palace,
along with the Theore royal family. The D'armilio the most powerful royal's in Theore palace.
The Lucia's are missioned to kill the D'armilio Family.
The William's are the one's who protect the royal family.
The Albrecht's are the one who's gonna take over the Theore Palace, in short they are the one who gave the Lucia's, The so called Mission.
