Winter is the coldest season of the year, but for Mara it gives her a new opportunity. Mara is a woman, stagnant in her life. She's successful, but barely a shell. That is until a chance meeting with a goddess type woman, when her world is given the chance to change. From a clearing in the woods, a shared breath, and the heat of her heart flooding back in, Mara is faced with a potential. Will she stay daydreaming about being better, or will she take the opportunity before it's gone forever?
The lesbian story I always wished I could have. (I'm doing this in attempts to get NaNoWriMo this year, well, my version. So we'll see how it goes. I'm just posting my drafts as I go to keep a quick word count. This is just empty thoughts, but I hope you enjoy :)

Also, through the book, there are new characters that she meets. She meets someone who is quite different from Angelina, but she also finds some peace in that person, even if perhaps she shouldn't. That person is a boy a little older than her, more involved in a darker and criminal life. If you want to know what will happen to Nora and who the mysterious guy is, start reading this book.
