And change can sometimes be a good or bad thing... Chioma is not your typical wild teenage girl. She is reserved, quiet but knows how to have fun. But she is also naive in a very frustrating way. Buchi is your typical teenager. A horny teen who loves partying but oddly has a sense of responsibility. When he means business, it's business. Did I forget to add that he loves his twin a lot and would go miles for her safety. He is a true sis-con and would put his twin before everything else. When they are transferred to their new school, their lives slowly change... **** Synopsis is completed inside the book. For some reason I can't complete it here. *** MATURE CONTENT WARNING ⚠️ First Published: May 30th, 2021. ***

Ten different lives. Two boys. One night that'll bring them all together. Sixteen year old Nosa is okay with being a loner. He doesn't have social anxiety-- he's Catholic and his mum promised you can't love Jesus and have a disorder. He's just weird and he's not good at talking to people but that doesn't mean there's something wrong with him. It does mean that he and Irekan could never be friends. Irekan's parents moved them back to Nigeria to straighten him up-- literally. Being Nigerian and queer has never been easy but now he has to at least try to 'ungay' himself to keep his family together. And that means no falling in love with Nosa's stupid face. Two boys fall in love over novels, anime and rock music that's definitely going to get one of them killed. ❀Winner: 2022 Pride Awards Teen Fiction Category❀ ❀2nd Place Winner: 2022 Pride Awards❀ ❀Featured on the AmbassadorsNG reading list❀ ❀Featured on Stories Undiscovered August 2022 reading list❀ ❀Featured on AmbassadorsAF reading list❀ __Highest Rankings__ #1 wattpadnigeria (3/08/2022) #1 Africanbook (8/05/2022) #1 Africanlgbt (8/05/2022) #5 Blackboys (12/05/2022) #2 Nigerianbook (15/07/2022) #13 Young Adult Fiction (23/06/2024) **This is a bl and it features multiple queer characters. Too Good to Be Real

She felt his warm palm on her wrist and at once she was facing him. Without warning, his lips engulfed hers, setting her on fire just like she did him. His lips were warm and soft and she revelled in it as she shut her eyes, her body instantly warming up to the kiss. She wrapped her arms around him, marvelling at how their bodies fit perfectly together. It felt so good, like her head was rotating. Nothing else mattered. Just the two of them. This was all she needed. Someone who accepted her for her. Her flaws, her beauty, herself, hook line and sinker. She withdrew reluctantly, angry she had to stop the kiss and also afraid someone had seen them. As she stared into his eager eyes, she knew she loved him but she couldn't help thinking she was doing the wrong thing. She loved him, but it wasn't fair to his girl. She could do anything, run, apologise, but she followed her heart. She drew him back and continued the kiss. A Nigerian themed story bound to leave you yearning for the next chapter.
