Canada Express Entry is one of the fastest ways for Canada Immigration. And the work experience plays a key role in entering the pool and the profile selection from the pool. Most of the applicants plan according so that their work experience increases their CRS score.

Comprehensive Ranking System is Canada's way of evaluating applicants to assess their profiles based on the scores. A minimum of 67 points is required to qualify for the Canada Express Entry program. The total CRS points are 1200 and out of the total score, 600 points are allotted for the main factors of the applicant like
Age - 12 points
Education - 25 points
Experience - 15 points
Job Offer - 10 points
Language ability to Speak - 28 points
Adaptability - 10 points
Others
And the other 600 points will be allotted to the applicant if they get any provincial nomination from any province through Canada PNP Program.
Minimum Work Experience required for Canada Express Entry
The IRCC has made its point clear about the required work experience for an applicant who wants a permanent resident status in Canada.
Applicant must have a minimum of one complete year of full-time paid work experience or an equivalent amount of part-time paid work experience. 
Full time - 30 hours/ week for 12 months (1560 hours)
Part-time - 15 hours/week for 24 months (1560 hours) Or 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job (1560 hours)
The applicant occupation must come under any of the NOC Categories of the skill types- 0, A, B, C, D.
