Roses have many representations. For Holly Cassia, it's one of pure dread. Dread knowing that the RoseBlood Killer has murdered both of her parents in a poetically twisted way, and now they're after her, leaving only threatening love notes and blood-red roses to remind her that they're closer than she thinks... and they aren't going anywhere.

Before they can strike, though, the equally unusual Tyrel Trust, a group of three detective siblings involved in helping solve the case, takes Holly away from her home and to a place where she can work with them to expose the obsessive killer safely.
