Kirishima always felt.. off. Friends pushed them to be manly, and so they idolized it. Kirishima was never manly. Felt like a damn disappointment. Tried and tried. Over compensated, really. But then, from nowhere, they get a note in their dorm.
Note: this is an au where ua is a boarding school from the start, works better that way. Kirishima is also going to be the ua traitor, but shhhh~
