Crime Alley has always been Jason Todd's home, no matter his past. So when he returns after his death, he starts to get back into the swing of things, things go sideways. He picks up a kid (*Cough* Robin *Cough*) and now he fighting himself about joining back up with the Bat-family.

Dick never thought his family would be brought into this life, he hadn't told anyone other than Wally about Percy or the kids. But now the agents want to bring Percy in, he didn't want this for her, she was retired and she had done enough.
