"If you want to achieve happiness, you have to learn to accept yourself--your strengths, your flaws--everything about you; because it is only through that that you will be free, that you will be happy."

For many years, Jaycee Lee has taken to keeping everything all to herself. She never lets anyone in completely, not even her family. She chooses to carry her problems alone, because she doesn't want to be a burden to anyone. She shuts out anyone who tries to get closer to her, because she fears that they will only leave her in the end.

Senior Year is now here, and Jaycee still continues to play her game of "let's pretend".

She seems to be quite convincing with her facade--until one day when things take a turn for the worse. She has been through a lot--physically, mentally and emotionally. But she is only human; and her heart can only take so much. When the last blow ensues and pushes her to the edge, Jaycee is not sure if she can still take it anymore. Her family and friends can only try so much to help her. In the end, it will be her decision to make.

She needs to realize that what happened in the past is past, and move on from there. But Jaycee needs to sort things out for herself first--and fast. Before everything goes spiraling downhill.
