This story is a twist on most SciFi books. Instead of humanity being a victim or a diplomatic child the are the galactic bullies. This book will follow the race of a bipedal insect race that was nearly destroyed by human marines. Before destroying the last nest the humans built giant particle accelerators that constantly bombard the planet.
Then they left.
