After leaping three years ahead in time, Alyssa Castillian--once a muggle, now a witch--has found herself in her fifth year of Hogwarts with no recollection of her education or the years that have passed.
To make matters worse, her parents died mysteriously, her trusted Ministry contacts have gone missing, her best friend Will has left Hogwarts, and she's dating Albus Potter--and she can't remember any of it.
But over the past three years, her enemy Lucas Grey has been busy. The dark wizards working to take over the wizarding world once more have succeeded in infiltrating the Ministry of Magic, and Alyssa's best friend Callie has fallen under their influence. Not to mention, they're still draining Alyssa of her magic every full moon, rendering her spellcasting useless.
If Alyssa can't get her memories back, she's just going to have to catch up with her schoolwork and grow strong enough to stop the wizards herself... but with three years of education gone, she can't help feeling helpless... almost like she's a muggle all over again.

The girl really didn't know she was a witch until Mcgonagall arrived on her doorstep to hand deliver her letter. She barely knew who her parents were, since she lived in an orphanage, but she knew she missed them. She could remember the love they showed her, even if it was a conventional way of showing love.
