Avery Blake was looking for a fresh start after leaving her hometown. Her son's father wanted nothing to do with her or their son the minute she told him she was pregnant so she's been balancing being a single mom with her social life and her job as an esthetician for the past four years.
It seemed no matter what, she'd always run into her ex out in public. It was bad enough he wouldn't acknowledge their son but then she found out he was sleeping with her best friend. Moving to a new town seemed to be a perfect idea so when a job opportunity in Massachusetts found it's way to her, she immediately took it.
Due to her overall trust issues, she wasn't looking for anyone new but she couldn't help herself from falling when she stumbled upon a familiar face with a pair of piercing blue eyes.
Will she open her heart up to love or continue staying guarded?
