It happened to me for the worse a number of times, but today I shall share the worst one I have ever encountered. Life became annoying when I as nothing but a slave to my own desires. I became selfish, self-centered, depressed, self hating, insecure after I became a Porn Addict. However, once I have had enough, I decided to quit porn. That was easier said than done. Then I encountered the No Nut November challenge. That was the first time I actually crossed my first 10 days no-fap streak. I was so happy, I felt I was born again. Unfortunately, I had no real goal beyond November 2020. I therefore, fell back to my addiction but it was never the same again... I always dreamt of the feeling of being free from my own urges, like I felt those 10 days...
Now I have improved a lot. I often hit day 10 or 14 on no-fap after any unwanted relapse. No that I have first hand seen real improvement, I have decided to help other do it as well. Before you read this book, you must promise yourself that you will not give up. even if you fail a 1000 time you must not give up on yourself, because you are doing this for yourself.
Now, take a deep breath, keep calm and lets get back to being ourselves

I've got some problems at home and my sisters pretty dependent on me, but what can I do, other than take it all in my stride? But I'm just me, with some added attitude. So why did the new hot teacher come for me? I'm Scott Myer, just out of uni and got a brand new job. Hopefully this job will keep me straight headed so I can have back the only thing I want from back home. I've started today and already I'm falling back into my old ways, hopefully teaching in the new school can keep me on track for once... Many of us are not happy about ourselves, something we have done or not done, or the way we react to other people. We keep recycling sad thoughts until they become what we are. We can break this cycle . . . we really can choose to be happy. For most people being happy is not difficult but it does require persistence to undo the habits of a life time. There are many simple techniques to promote happiness. Some of them you probably heard from your grandmother . . . but there are other, less obvious ways. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness.
