However, behind the scenes of the happy go lucky regions of the world, evil is brewing. An evil that can take over the world. Can the questers find the evil, manifesting itself in the form of teams, throughout the world, and stop it before it too late for everyone?

A boy 16 years of age comes to the region of Alola with his mother for a fresh start in life. Alola's Island Challenge will be his very first Pokémon adventure, strange for a boy his age. He meets another boy who was also 16 and just starting his Island Challenge too, quickly becoming friends with him, and a mysterious girl who tags along with their Professor. Despite making new friends and going on an adventure, things don't stay as quiet as he is. Darkness and mysteries begin to arise as they go through their journeys together. He's learnt to trust his gut since he was younger, and some of the people he meet don't come off as nice as they look on the outside. What's going to happen throughout this adventure?
