After last battle with Darth Vader, Luke world has shattered. He himself was damaged, both mentally and phisically. Luckily, if there is such a thing like luck, he meets people, that can help him sort out the past and look clearly into possibilities of the future. And let there be no mistake, it's not going to be a peacefull journey.

I did not read the comics of what Luke was doing between "Empire strikes back" and "The return of the jedi". But I feel this time would be great for Luke and Ahsoka to meet, so I write something off. I am not aiming to write better story than official creators but I had few ideas in my head, want to get them out of there.All Rights Reserved

This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar. It will focus mainly on their story but there will be significant plot arcs that focus on Finn, Poe, Leia, and others. There will be a few augmentations to the earlier story, but I have tried to stay true to the plot up until this point, except for the 16 hr deadline Palpatine gave them. His threat was open ended in my version. It's a happy story because these characters need that.

The Jedi themselves, exhausted by the long years of battle and hardships, don't defend themselves while the Clones watch horrified as the ones who stood by their side throughout all the horror and bloodshed are scorned and shunned by the very thing they swore to protect.
