Liberal ideology has gone too far. The democrats have taken freedom for too long- and Cookie Monster is here to stop that. He is the most evil villain to ever grace of San Fransokyo, Japan. There, he shall build an oasis for like minded individuals. However, a lovable cast of quirky, PG heroes stand in his way. He could easily take them out using his Florida man tendencies, but a sexy, inflatable hero makes him doubt his whole life's work.
