Juliette and Keira Walsh love being twins. Since childhood, the two girls have been inseparable and together they shared the same ambition and dream - to become professional footballers. 

As their goals slowly started to unravel, with Juliette debuting first for Manchester City, soon followed by Keira, the two girls were living their dream - together! 
But as Juliette's past soon started to catch up to her, she knew she needed a change. She could no longer be living behind her scared history. She needed to get away. 

Juliette was soon offered a contract with Chelsea for the 2020/2021 season and it would be the first time the two twins would be apart. The first time they would be playing against one another. 
Juliette soon moved down to London, where she then rediscovered her friendship with Keira's best friend, Leah Williamson. 

As Keira and Juliette dealt with the repercussions of being separated, many things changed within their lives. Relationship developed and others failed. People moved away, and others returned. How will the two twins cope with the new lives they are about to live? Will Juliette's past finally catch up to her present? And in the end, does family trump all?

It's Our Secret is a story about love, heart break and grief, exploring how sisters are each other's true forever...

Hallie Mount, the younger sister of Chelsea superstar, Mason Mount, signed a contract with Chelsea before the season, becoming the new starting left back for both club and country, the predecessor of a certain someone. After We Were Friends follows all three of them, Indi, Bradie and Hallie, as they struggle through the upcoming year with their respective clubs and the repercussions of that fateful day in Australia. How do Bradie and Indi restart their new lives without the person they always presumed would be there? How does Hallie deal with the issues of being the 'replacement'?
