A man inherits his great aunt's collections, and gets more than he ever expected in them.

This is my Nanowrimo 2021 project and a friend encouraged me to put it on wattpad everyday.  I am doing that because it seems new and exciting and completely outside of my comfort zone...'
with that said go in understanding these things: I am currently writing this for NANOWRIMO.  I am shooting for 1667 words a day on their schedule and the stuff posted is that daily work, not with natural pauses or events.  I do not know the whole story yet.  There is zero editing or polishing.  I hope you enjoy it and I am here for the encouragement and to try something new.  God help me...what have I done...its rubbish...leave!All Rights Reserved

At the same time, the lines between realities are growing thin, and the natural order is shifting as realms begin to merge. Every person in this world also has an 'Inheritance' (although in universe they are simply called 'things') which is a curse or ability they gain at birth. These are generally useless, or even hindrances. (examples include addiction to eating rocks, or waking up with a different number of eyes after a long rest.) The Party: Cordelia 'Cordy' Irvine: A child half-elf who joined the party after they failed to protect her caretaker on an escort mission. With no home to return to, Cordelia (already used to being somewhat of a feral child) travels with the group, as she begins to learn more about her mysterious and absent mother, and her own unique abilities. Oakley: An elf who was raised in the fey wilds. He travels with his friend Libro as a sword-for-hire Libro: A crossbreed of several races, Libro travels with his friend Oakley in search of knowledge and new stories Scott: An Aasimar who fled the Raxan Rebels after witnessing the atrocities they were committing, he now works as a mercenary Aster: A Firbolg in search of a safe home for his entire family. The Phoenices Volume 1 - Expired by NyxEridanus

This is the novel I'm writing for National Novel Writing Month, I'm planning on it being approx. 50,000 words, that's 1,667 words per day. This project might continue on into December if it gets enough reads and support, that being a big if. If it's not getting the attention I want it to get for the publishing to be a good idea, then I won't work with it anymore or waste anymore time on a dying novel. You may have noticed I have changed the title, I'm planning on making this a short series, maybe four or five books, unless I can keep coming up with a plot that won't get boring after that. As of right now, I don't even know what's going to happen on the next page. I'm planning on publishing this soon, it'll be available on Amazon when I do if anyone wants to purchase it and help a girl out. I'll post about it when it is available, keep an eye out for notifications and updates on how the editing is coming.
