About 10 minutes later, after having to find all my classes for the new year and remember my locker code, I go to the cafe and sit with Laila and Kaiden, since its group tables. I arrived kinda late, super close to the bell before Maths. When I got in the class, I got assigned which was luckily next to Laila and behind Kaiden. The teacher welcomed the Thomas, and then assigned him to the empty seat behind me. "Just my luck," I thought. As he sits down he leans forward and "accidentally" flicks my hair. I didn't wanna turn around and talk to him so I pulled my hair to one side of me. I don't even know him and he just wants to flip my hair, like bruh. He chuckled and smiled at me before starting the work the teacher had assigned. After I finished my work, I gave it to my teacher and sat back down, avoiding looking at Thomas. When I sat down, he lightly poked me with his pencil. He kept doing it till Laila saw and whispered to him to stop. He stopped after them whispering for a good minute. He was really getting on my nerves.

"Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Would you like to dance?" the boy asks me. I stare deep into his blue eyes, but I can't figure out who he is. He's tall with dark hair and the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen. I know everyone at this school, but with his features hidden behind his mask I can't tell who he is. "Sure, I would love to." Did I just say that?
