Most of the stories of Zombies are told from the perspective of someone that makes sense would have survival skills. Most of the times they have something going for them like money or confidence. Not Douglas though. He doesn't have any of that going for him, just his luck turning around finally. If you can see the end of the world being that. 

This is a short story written for a class I took a while ago. I was challenging myself to write from a perspective that I was not entirely comfortable with. I like the story but it is difficult for me to write more of it so it will be a while before I add to it. Hope you enjoy!All Rights Reserved

They knew it would be hard. They didn't know it would be next to impossible to survive. This is a story my friend and I wrote together. It took us about a year to complete.
