                Panic stirs in her chest, slowly starting to overtake her senses, making it hard for her to hear the police man, Jeff he said his name was, asking her if she was okay.
                 “No no no no.” She whispers under her breath.
                “What did you say?” Jeff asked.
                “I don’t understand. I don’t understand. This wasn’t supposed to happen.” she murmurs.
                “Ma’am, can you please speak up?”

                 Speak up? How can she speak up? It happened again. Brooklynn has never had a steady life, a death here, a struggle there, her world is constantly rocked by death and pain, striving to see the light. Brook tries pressing on.
