I'm bored and I just created a new character so I'm ~inspired~ and I wanna improve my writing so I'm writing this to try and regain what little experience and skill I had.

Enjoy! / WPOV- I watched in awe as the carriage door opened and the guards carelessly hefted a small boy out. He appeared to be unconscious and I panicked when I saw the blood dripping from his jet black hair. "Be careful with him! He's hurt!" I yelled. They only shrugged and placed the boy in my arms. My heart surged. After one look at him, I saw how completely beautiful he was. \ NPOV- I scrambled to my feet, terrified of what the prince would do with me, but my head pounded and I felt my legs shake and give out. I shut my eyes tight as I started to fall, but just before I hit the ground, a pair of strong, but gentle arms wrapped around me, yet again. I opened my eyes to see the Prince's worried eyes as he held me steady in his arms.Complete

This is my OC, Artemis's, backstory. Artemis is a fennec fox, don't ask why, I thought is was cute. Keep in mind, this is all fake, my life isn't actually like this. I suppose you all know that an OC and the real person are two completely different individuals most of the time. Unlike me, who is fatherless, Artemis is motherless. I drew the cover photo, it's not the best, but it's cute. Artemis's name is Ash (like mine) but then it becomes Artemis later on. You'll understand that better when you read. Also, I took that Soldier, Poet, King quiz. I'm a king/ruler, hence the title. For some reason, when I took that quiz, it made me want to make an OC with a backstory. I have no idea why. So I decided to incorporate that into the backstory. ANDDDDD, my OC has nothing to do with the goddess Artemis. Artemis is just the name I chose. So don't be in the comments like "actually, in Greek mythology, Artemis is like THIS" because I know. I love Greek mythology and stuff like that. I know quite a bit about it.
