Gladys Johnson had never taken a risk in her whole life. She did all the things she was supposed to do when she was expected to do them.
When her husband dies suddenly and leaves his secrets for her to find, she suddenly feels adrift, angry, and uncertain of her place in the world.
Getting on the road in an RV to travel cross-country, she goes in search of the something that seems to be missing from her life.
Nothing surprises her more than actually finding it.
This is a part of my "Over 50" stories but has become too large for the short story anthology. I needed to move it to it's own book. I hope you like it!
