So, Kion walks back to Pride Rock, but while crossing a river, he accidentally loses his balance, and tumbles into the river, carrying him farther from his home. Soon, Kion washes up in the middle of nowhere. Trying to get back to his family, Kion stumbles upon a hurt lioness while on his journey back to the Pride Rock. Her name is Rani.
