As he trails his way through London finding himself accused of murdering his uncle .He lands in a time called the thirteenth hour also known as a paradise made for murderers .
In this time we have no clue of what really happened in the past .

With and with doubt another story occurs. Yes, as she writes her story into a book as insanity takes over. The other story takes in the present were she lives . As she tells the story of Edgar, she murders her way through the most gruesome society of all . The perfect uncaught killer society.
