Cole was fighting three on his own and Alena went to help but he screamed at her,
"Go help Gemma!"
She nodded feverishly and turned around. Gemma had just beheaded one of the demon's and was running towards the waters edge. She was crying hysterically and shouting Aven's name. Alena grabbed Gemma's uninjured arm trying to pull her away but she ripped her arm out of Alena's grip and plunged head first into the water. Alena was screaming and about to follow when Aven resurfaced. She began to panic when Gemma didn't. Aven was looking around, not fully comprehending the look of pure terror etched on Alena's face. Alena reached down and pulled Aven from the water who was frantically scanning the dock for Gemma. Cole had finally dispatched the remainder of the creatures and came over to the two of them.
"Where is Gemma," Cole asked wiping his hand across his forhead.
He looked around and asked Alena one more time, with much more force behind his voice,
"WHERE IS GEMMA?"
