**if you don't know Hanahaki is a fictional disease where the victim suffers from one sided love and it result in flowers and plants growing inside them which is how they cough up flowers.. can only be treated by their love interest returning their love or you can remove the plant seed but you will never love again, if you don't do one of these the victim will sadly die...
