Sixteen year old Riley Donovan is all about trying new things. Her delusional desire to travel across Europe and Asia had caused her parents to overlook her demented idea and send her off to Whistler, Canada - to the most smartest and distinguished University in the Northern and Southern Hemisphere. Eventually, young Riley begins to accepts her fate that having a photographic memory forces you to attend college way earlier than others.

Only when she arrives at August Dusk, does she embark on a journey not even her trustworthy logic can obtain her from. Mysterious murmurs of supernatural beings such as Goblins and Vampyres within the University halls got Riley's head wheeling, and more of it, when she has the pleasure of acquainting the indomitable prominent Professor Alexander. Within minutes of his presence does her life head downward spiral and rumors surrounding his past actions spikes fear in students that Riley can't help but feel anxious around him.

Vicious warning messages regarding her stay at the University has her questioning her background. Either someone see's her photographic memory as a threatened skill, or she's related to the Italian mob. Nevertheless, someone is determined to see her dead...promptly.
