Everything was normal, Virgil's learned to be normal. It was hard at first, living with a human family on a farm and all, but he got used to it. Even after his adoptive parents passed away, he's learned to live with just Patton, his adopted brother. A few people even knew about his wings, including Logan, Patton's boyfriend! He still has to hide them, but that was okay, it was normal and how it was going to be for the rest of his life, right?
Well, wrong. After a particularly bad run in with some hunters in the woods, he meets a witch that lives out there. Now everything around him is changing, he just doesn't know if it's for the better or the worse.

*Completed* With their kingdom is falling apart and in debt, Prince Roman and Prince Remus head out to the Dark Forest with hope that they will find the Heart of Life. With the Heart, they would be able to save their kingdoms crops and pull the kingdom out of the dark days. On the reunion of the worst day of his life, Prince Virgil finds Roman Flores with an injured leg in the forest near their castle. One would think it was kind of him to take the injured man in and treat him. The problem was... the prince was cursed into a dragon witch. Understandably so, Roman is terrified of him, but he physically can't return home. However it doesn't take long for the two to tolerate each other. And with a little more time, perhaps they can learn to like each other... Guess you have to stay to find out. A Beauty and the Beast story complete with a hunter, and maybe a couple of scores more, with a lot more magic. *completed* Despite being only 17, Virgil's had a horrible life, living in an orphanage and being an outcast at school, and it just got even worse when he's kidnapped by a freaking cult! He thought he was dead for sure when they started sacrificing him to some demon, but apparently the demon chose to serve him since he was the one giving away his blood to summon them. Now he's stuck with a demon named Roman who will take his soul when he dies, yeah, that's probably the worst thing that's happen to him so far. Or so it seemed at first... Animals that died, strange creatures that roam about, and a strange hooded figure that seems so familiar. No one else can see these things, though these things can see them. They can affect them as well. Virgil hates cities, the bigger the city the more death there is, the more work he has to do. His job is to guide souls to the after life, or if they turn malevolent, cut them down. The moment he was assigned to a city, he already had a death to take care of. Except, it turned out to be a false alarm since the man survived. Virgil wouldn't have cared too much since it happens often, but now that man can see him and other spirits. Since Virgil and Roman met, they've been trying to get each other as flustered as possible in any given situation. Remus and Janus obviously noticed the signs and began bets with Virgil to see how far he'd go while still calling Roman his 'friend'. Virgil and Roman's friendship had been complicated since the beginning, assumptions and prejudice having ruled over their relationship all the way into high school. But when Virgil's family moves out of state, the theater-obsessed teen becomes determined to prove to Virgil, and himself, that he's more than just a villain to him. Will contain major triggers. The stress of it all had caused him and his twin brother, Remus, to run away. They had everything planned out, for the most part, but when the ship they ran away on is overtaken by pirates, they impulsively joined the crew. The captain of the ship, known as the Masked Pirate for he wore a black mask that covered his whole face, seemed like a stoic man to the public, but the twins quickly see his love for his crew. The twins believe that they had found the perfect family, and the best life. Until a deadly curse is placed upon the captain, and the crew has to rush to find an island that holds a fountain that can wash away curses before it's too late. The problem is that the island moves, and they're being chased down by someone who wants the captain dead.
