Original title - Rebirth of the "evil" Witch

Here we are the final battle. I dark witch Excella faced off with the legendary hero Caius.

Our battle was fierce with neither side willing to back down.

...only to be betrayed by my second in command. My closest friend and only companion Lisia.

Betrayal, pain, hatred, abandonment. So many feelings rushed through me and I lost it

"damn you Damn You DAMN YOU!"

I felt my power begin to overflow through my body I would destroy them both

Only to feel the Caius' blade pierce my heart.

My gaze met his in my final moments seeing tears in his eyes

"Tears for your enemy... how... foolish"

I breathed my last with many heavy feelings flowing through me.

I wouldn't let it end like this

I'd be back

If only I knew

❅| "Even a vastness can no longer shelter you... or engulf your dream." ⊱⋅ ──────────── ⋅⊰ [UNDER EDITING/REDRAFTING - latest chapter: 8] To a world seemingly shrouded in a cloak of safety and eternal peace, death is an unimaginable concept. Yet for those whose rule of life was mere survival, perhaps that's a different situation. For those who stood in the face of adversity, for those who refused to give in to the castigation of their lives, life has no sweetness to it. Merely the bitter tang of a blood-chilling revenge. To avenge a loved one or perhaps even their own pain, the murderous intent behind their deceitful eyes is unmistakable. For to them, lamenting about the past is a life lost to the cruel hands of fate. What happens when a woman as brilliant as the morning sun provides a haven in one's dreams? What happens when she, despite the agonies life carried, says to abandon everything right here and now and leave? Alcestis did not need to be told twice. Seizing the chance to escape the horrible clutches of her grandparents, she sets out on a journey to find the Elementals - a band of heroes protecting the human realm from those that lied beyond, headed by her parents. She knew of the darkness that festered within her; she knew of the hatred that danced in her heart. More than anything, she knew the extents of how fragmented her soul was. What, perhaps, would unfold when she sets out on her journey, leaving behind the world she knew; leaving behind what hopefulness remained in her battered heart? None would heed her an answer, indeed. None save for the rage that tainted her being.

This world is huge and beautiful. Yet, it also has so many mystery in it. Still, I hate this world. For me, it's just a full pile of trash. Thousands of fake words exist in this world. Not just this world, but also the other worlds. Including mine. Oh what a piece of trash. So many hypocrites exist in this unpredictable huge galaxy. Like those people who supported you, then stabbed you from the back. Those who smiled this second, then spit out their bad words towards you in the next second. Those who were with you this minute, then dumped you like you're nothing, until your distance with them was like the Earth and the Moon, in the next minute. Those who protected you this hour, then tried to destroy you in the next hour. So...trash. What is family? They're nothing but the annoying people whom always tied me up to follow whatever they said. It's like I'm their pet, instead of their daughter who wished to be free. What is friend? They're no more than those who used you, then dumped you when you're no longer needed in this world. It's all Hell. Hell I say. I don't need family! Nor friends! Or even love, or anything in this awful place. I just wanted to be alone. Alone and free. Yes, your eyes were not wrong! I'm so sick, that I wanted to be all by myself for the rest of my life. Yet, why...is it so painful..to see them go? ***** She is pretty. With her glowing silver hair, she looked like the Princess who was blessed by the Moonlight. Her skin is as white as snow, yet pale like the corpses. Her eyes...are as red as blood. She fell to our world along with the falling meteor. She saw the beautiful earth along with the downfall of her kingdom. And when she started to stand on her own feet, she could never say the word 'Mom' and 'Dad' anymore. Born in the darkness, she came to destroy the peaceful Earth, along with all the living beings in it. But as time passed, as she met new people, it all began to change.

Aurora opens her eyes only to feel the agonising pain in her body. That is to be expected when there has been an accident. It's excruciatingly painful. Aurora groans in pain and pulls off the blanket, taking in her surroundings. It is more appropriate for a hospital interior design to look to the mediaeval era. Not shabby, but more on the extravagant side. The nurses' attire, on the other hand, appears odd. Someone said out of nowhere, "Her Grace, please wake up! Call the doctor right away!" Aurora approaches the mirror and looks at the woman with deep red eyes in it. The woman had blonde hair that, while a little messy, flowed perfectly over her shoulder. Her fair complexion lends her an ethereal appearance. Not to mention that her outfits make her look like a noblewoman from a historical series. She pinches herself, only to realise that the blonde woman staring at her is herself. A thought struck her mind, as she utters her first statement in this world, "Fuck me". Medea has finished her work, but she is still unsure how to fix all of the messes. She hasn't been herself in a long time, and it's bothering her. The throne seems so far away, and the weight of the burden grows heavier with each passing day. A letter from the Imperial Palace has arrived, instructing the Duchess to look after the House of Smith's Duchess of Light, Natalie Wilson Smith. As an evil scheme was about to unfold, she smiled wickedly. 'This is my new card.' p/s: I can't find the original owner of the photo of the cover, if you know or you are the owner of the cover.
