And they were right.... During a checkup, Arthur soon discovers that he has a heart condition, and despite all the medication and help, it seems to worsen, giving him only a month left....
Alfred watches his lover cripple, knowing he can do something to help.... but at what cost? Will he take the risk and let the Brit live, or will he watch his lover die a slow, and painful death?
Will he be the hero Arthur needs, or back down?

(Y/n) was a small, weak, little country located right next to England. Her and England were best friends and England promised (Y/n) that nothing bad was ever going to happen to her so (Y/n) never had to be strong because England was always there to protect her. When Turkey invaded (Y/n) England made sure to get his army ready and took Turkey down without any trouble. (Y/n) did feel very guilty though when England would get invaded by France and Spain and (Y/n) could do nothing but watch from afar. One day when she stumbled upon a yearly festival which celebrates their country (which coincidentally shares the same name as her) and how it was colonized and became a part of England, (Y/n) felt like she shared a special connection with the festival and made sure to attend the festival every year. One of those years is when she saw a handsome man which she thought she remembered from somewhere but she couldn't put her finger on it.
